Looking Back at the 2024 FNPR Convention: Homat at the Heart of Innovation and Conviviality

The 2024 Convention of the Fédération Nationale des Professionnels de la Relocation (FNPR) took place from November 27 to 29 in Nancy. This flagship event of the profession brought together key industry players, and Homat, as a committed partner, was proud to take part.

An event marked by innovation and exchange

With artificial intelligence as its central theme, the convention explored the major trends and innovations shaping relocation today and tomorrow. Conferences and round tables led by high-quality speakers shed light on the opportunities and challenges linked to new technologies.

Highlights included hands-on workshops, rich exchanges between professionals, and a wide range of topics, from synergology to sustainability. In the evenings, convivial moments featured a tour of Nancy, a cocktail reception at the Nancy Opera, and a glittering gala dinner on the rooftop of the Jean Prouvé Center.

A promising future for the profession

On Friday, November 29, the election of the new FNPR Board of Directors marked a new chapter, promising exciting prospects for the sector. An inspiring speech by Tad Zurlinden, CEO of EuRA, further enriched discussions around sustainability and CSR—values cherished by all relocation professionals.

Another highlight of the convention was the presentation of the Grand Prix des Bonnes Pratiques. Congratulations to the award winners: Sophie Dord (Expat Services France – Relocation), gold medal; Tony Weiss (Eres Relocation France), silver medal; and Sophie Girault (Sofime Relocation), bronze medal.
